Good to Know
- Every sandwich, bowl and bagel is vegan (house-made 'pork' and 'salmon', plus Herbivorous Butcher 'bacon' on the banh mi), but the coffee bar isn't - dairy is an option, and the Vietnamese iced coffee comes with condensed milk unless you pick the vegan version. Most of the donuts are vegan, not all.
